blustar.gif (1096 bytes)On October 1, 1998, the Department of the Army centralized its external recruitment and delegated examining functions for medical positions at the Northeast Civilian Personnel Operations Center (NECPOC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Medical Cell performs recruitment and examining of applicants for civilian positions in a variety of medical occupations.
